Digital courses — right of withdrawal
Our courses are digital content supplied online, not on a physical medium. Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. However, for digital content you can lose that right once access begins, if:
- you give your express consent to immediate access before the withdrawal period ends, and
- you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
When you buy a course and start accessing the lessons, you are asked to give this consent. If you have started the course, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies.
Our goodwill refund
Because we want you to buy with confidence, we go beyond the strict rule: if you are unhappy with a course, contact us within 14 days of purchase and, provided you have completed no more than the first paid lesson, we will refund you in full. Refunds are made to your original payment method.
How to request
Email info@doubleloop.sk with your order email and the course name. We aim to respond within a few working days.
Consultations & products
- Consultations: if you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled session, you receive a full refund; later cancellations may not be refundable.
- Physical products: the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases applies from delivery, for unused goods in original condition.
Statutory rights
None of the above affects your mandatory statutory consumer rights under the law of the Slovak Republic and your EU country of residence.
