2. What we collect

  • Account & purchase data: email address, and course enrolments/order history.
  • Enquiries: the name, email, topic and message you submit via the consultation form, and email addresses submitted to a course waitlist.
  • Payment data: processed by Stripe; we receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction details, but not your full card number.
  • Technical data: standard server/hosting logs and, if used, privacy-friendly analytics.

3. Why we use it (legal basis)

  • To provide the courses and account you purchased — performance of a contract.
  • To respond to your enquiries — our legitimate interest / pre-contract steps.
  • To send you a launch notification you asked for (waitlist) — your consent.
  • To meet accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation.

4. Who processes it for us

We use trusted processors under data-processing agreements:

  • Supabase (database, authentication, file storage / hosting of course videos),
  • Vercel (website hosting),
  • Stripe (payments). These providers may process data outside Slovakia; transfers outside the EEA rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

5. How long we keep it

Account and order data for as long as your account is active and as required by tax law (accounting records are kept for the statutory retention period). Enquiry and waitlist data until it is no longer needed or you ask us to delete it.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). You may lodge a complaint with the Slovak supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR). 7. Cookies

We use only cookies necessary for the site to work (e.g. keeping you signed in and your cart). If we introduce analytics or non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first.
